Group Privacy Officer

Your tasks
- Advising the Netcetera Group management and employees on topics related to international privacy
- Implementing the Binding Corporate Rules throughout Netcetera and being first point of contact for data protection to the mother company (G+D)
- Issuing and maintaining guidelines and policies regarding privacy
- Reviewing and discussing Data Protection Agreements with Suppliers and Customers
- Defining and maintaining records of processing activities
- Coordinating the privacy organization of the Netcetera Group and leading, training and assisting the Local Privacy Officers
- Preparing and conducting groupwide trainings
- Regularly reporting to Executive Leadership Board about the current state of data privacy in the company
- Acting as a Data Protection Officer for various Group companies
- Coordinating and conducting data privacy audits to monitor the implementation of data privacy policies
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Law or Business Administration with 3 - 5 years work experience in data protection or related fields, certifications in data privacy and compliance are a plus
- od kledge of EU and Swiss legislation on data protection (GDPR, Swiss DSG)
- Experience in project management and in the implementation of policies, procedures, processes and tools in a multinational organization
- Result-orientation and ability to work with a variety of functions on all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-driven, pragmatic and hands-on attitude
- High standard of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
- Netcetera invents software and runs it as service, experience with software service delivery is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to other Netcetera Group locations, if needed
