Junior Accountant (60-80%)

Your Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
- Acting as the primary liaison and coordination point between our company and its international entity.
- Managing accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handling credit card transactions and expense reports, including verification and reconciliation.
- Reconciling the general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Providing overall support to the Financial Accountant in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
Payroll:
- Coordinating payroll and social insurance matters between our company, its international entity.
Compliance and Auditing support:
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with the Finance Team and CEO to ensure smooth alignment.
- Liaise with external partners for accounting, auditing and legal.
Your Profile:
- Basic commercial training and at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role - and/or a qualification as an accounting clerk.
- Experience with Abacus software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. High communication skills, written and verbal in German and English. French would be a plus.
- Structured and precise way of working with a high level of quality awareness.
