Scope of the roleThe Manager Brand Communication and Media, is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies on a global scale. This role involves leading and coordinating with various agencies to create and adapt communication assets for different markets and channels. The manager will drive digital initiatives, including social media and SEO, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategies. Additionally, this role will develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all markets. The role also includes planning and executing global brand communications and media activities, as well as providing support and guidance to local markets. Responsibilities
- You will develop and execute global communications strategy
- You will lead global communications and production agencies for all communication assets and local adaptations (TV, Digital, OOH, POS)
- You will develop and define media strategy
- You manage digital initiatives: social media, SEO, e-commerce strategy, local/partner support (media strategy/markets, assets development, tracking, workshops)
- You will develop/adapt and implement brand manual & CI to ensure consistency
- You are responsible for leading the Digital Brand Hub
- You will plan global annual brand communications & media, provide local guidance and set priorities
- You organize yearly global on-pack promotion (Find themes, develop designs, create communication assets, and produce merchandising items)
- You align global A&P budget cross-functional and support local markets as key contact for all communication matters
- You will drive the use of new technologies, new ways of working, and AI
- You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team
Profile
- Relevant university education - eg. Business Administration with focus on Marketing
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in brand communications in a brand led FMCG company
- Prior work experience in an advertising agency is highly desired
- Experience in development of campaigns, agency handling and in media management
- Proven track record in managing digital and social media campaigns
- You have a growth mindset with a winning and inspiring personality
- You are a natural communicator and can connect easily with people of all seniorities, from interns to senior executives
- You are business fluent in English and have a good command over German
- Solid handling of MS Office and good kledge of SAP
