Tasks and responsibilities

  • Verification and checks of all salary-relevant entries in the SAP payroll system, based on legal, tax and social security regulations as well as company policies
  • Assistance in managing external service providers in the areas of payroll and time management
  • Preparation of certificates and reports for family allowances, health and accident insurance, maternity and paternity benefits, unemployment insurance, disability registration, etc.
  • Point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, tax, and social security law
  • Monitoring of changes in SAP
  • Accident recording in the UKA system and entering the daily accident allowances in SAP
  • Manage Time and Attendance (T&A) related issues and recurring time corrections in our T&A system ATOSS
  • Calculate holiday reduction due to long-term absences or unpaid leave
  • Monitoring and administration of garnishments

 Your profile

  • Commercial education degree and preferably higher further education in HR or comparable
  • Solid expertise in the areas of payroll and experience in T&A
  • Profound user kledge (including creation of queries and reports) in SAP
  • Kledge of Workday and time recording systems (especially ATOSS) is desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (written and oral), French desired
