Your role

  • Report to the CEO, overseeing the sales and marketing department to drive growth by expanding the customer base and entering new markets.
  • Lead project acquisition, focusing on closing deals with healthy margins and maintaining clear customer documentation.
  • Implement best sales practices and systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and support new customer and market acquisition.
  • Manage the sales team, marketing activities, after-sales business and strategic market development worldwide, including establishing a U.S. sales presence.

Your profile

  • A degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, business or similar to be able to understand and explain the technical and commercial USPs of our client’s complex products
  • International experience leading global sales activities with expertise in relevant regions (Europe, USA, Middle East and North Africa, India, and Mexico), combined with a strong personality and the ability to form and defend opinions
  • Several years of experience in a project-based, complex machinery business with large global customers. Experience in the plastics and/or metal processing machinery industry is a plus
  • Proven experience in digitizing sales practices, with expertise in modern CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and a strong commitment to successfully implementing such systems within the company
