Corporate Paralegal

Key responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating documents, including standard agreements, board meeting minutes, resolutions, consents, and other corporate governance materials.
- Coordinating approvals, signatures, notarizations, and legalizations of documents.
- Monitoring and tracking legal and regulatory changes affecting the company.
- Organizing and maintaining corporate records to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of two years of experience in Swiss corporate law, preferably within a law firm or publicly traded company.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
