Your main tasksHRIS Management:
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the HRIS platform and ATS to ensure optimal functionality and data integrity
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing user support and training
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to assess system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Support the generation of HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, recruitment metrics, and workforce demographics
- Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR decision-making and process improvements
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations for HR leadership and stakeholders
Process Optimisation:
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and optimize system functionalities within the HRIS platform
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for automation and standardization of HR processes, leveraging HRIS capabilities and best practices
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education, preferably in Human Resources, HR-Controlling, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar field
- You have at least 3-5 years professional experience with an understanding of HR processes, practices and metrics as well as HRIS management
- You have a strong analytical mindset, an affinity for data-driven decision-making, strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills
- You are preferably experienced in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in MS Excel or other tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
- You are able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- You are a motivated, open-minded, highly service- and process oriented, pro-active person with a hands-on mentality
- You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
