Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all trust-related matters.
  • Oversee the administration of trusts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and investment professionals, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of changes in trust and estate laws and regulations, advising clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTFA, STEP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration, preferably in a fiduciary services environment.
  • Strong understanding of trust laws and regulations, with experience working with international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
