Sales Manager Speciality Chemicals Industry

Job responsibilities:
- Sales and budget responsibility for selected markets in the region
- Responsible for growing sales in Switzerland through prospecting and developing new potential accounts, with a focus on business development and expansion
- Manage all commercial interactions with customers, including forecasts, sales planning, individual purchases, supply contracts and price negotiations
- Visit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers based in Asia and Europe through joint visits and regular reporting, to support mutual growth of our joint businesses
- Conduct competitor mapping, market surveys, and innovation scouting. Stay ahead of regulatory trends and changes that impact the industry
Job requirements:
- University degree in chemistry or alternatively, technical qualification in the chemical industry
- Relevant sales experience with specialty raw materials for the chemical industry in Switzerland
- Very good kledge of German and English; French would be an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation and proven track record in developing and winning new business
- Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, self-driven
- Independent, proactive, precise and pragmatic working style
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
