The apartment called "Maroon" is a beautiful and modern furnished accommodation with 2 rooms. It offers a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a sitting area with table and a fully equipped kitchen. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with a bathroom. There is also a private balcony.

Of course you use free Wi-Fi in the apartment. It is also equipped with a TV and the service includes bed linen, towels and bath towels. All additional costs are also included in the price and also the final cleaning if you stay with us for less than 30 days.

The furnished apartment is optimally connected to public transport. The "SBB Werkstätte" bus stop is located directly in front of the apartment building. From here, buses take you to Zurich main station and Altstettten station every 8 minutes in a few minutes.
The apartment is located near the Letzigrund Stadium. Here, concerts and events take place regularly, e.g. the annual athletics event "Weltklasse Zürich". The Letzipark, one of the largest shopping centres in the city of Zurich, is only a few minutes' walk away.
