All tenants have access to our spacious living room (500 m2) with integrated kitchenette and attractive lounge infrastructure. We are more than just a long stay hotel.

- 10 minutes on foot to the Katzensee recreation area
- 3 minutes to restaurants and bars

Studios and comfort studios are without in-room kitchen, the sophie's LIVING-KITCHEN is the meeting point for all sociable guests staying with us.
