Job DescriptionIn this position, you will work across multiple areas within our growing Manufacturing Team:

• Responsible for Manufacturing activities of ophthalmic medical products within planned schedule and budget
• Responsible and accountable for compliance with Quality Management System procedures and regulatory requirements for Manufacturing activities
• Contribute to the strategy and success of projects supporting the expansion and growth of STAAR Surgical Switzerland
• Develop Manufacturing team to meet business growth, support Manufacturing Leads for recruitment of new employees
• Provide employee development opportunities through coaching, delegating and training

 Your profile

• You have at least 5 years experience in the medical device field
• Experience in team management, leading and coaching a team is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field
• Excellent kledge of English as well as German and/or French (oral and written)
• Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to practically implement, cGMP/QMS/ISO requirements
• od PC skills, especially MS office
• Flexible, resilient, team-oriented and proactive personality
• Efficient, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
