IT Administration and Support Internship

Join our team as an IT Administration and Support Intern, where you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our IT operations.Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support (Windows, Mac, and Linux) for approximately 50 employees and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage mobile devices within the organization, including setting up and troubleshooting.
• Assist in server administration tasks, including monitoring, backups and updates.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux workstations and assist with user configurations.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, such as network equipment and servers

Your Profile

• Experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or Systems Administration, gained through professional experience or personal projects.
• Familiarity with Linux (Server or Desktop) environments.
• Familiarity with Shell scripting/Bash, Python, Ansible, Docker or Jira is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
