Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of real estate agents to the RealAdvisor platform through cold outreach
- Running sales calls, managing your sales pipeline and closing deals
- Develop sales funnels and scripts
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market
- Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams
Experience and skills:
- Sales and/or customer service experience - you can talk to anyone
- Experience in the real estate industry, whether prop-tech or agency based is an advantage
- Organized, driven, highly motivated to succeed and grow in your career
- Comfortable with computers, G-suite, CRMs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in German and/or French as well as professional level English is required. For German speakers, you must also speak and understand Swiss-German
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
