On-Site IT Support Specialist (Ref. 2480)

As an On-Site IT Supporter, you will ensure successful daily IT operations, resolve technical issues, and support other sites as needed, while adhering to Global IT Operations guidelines.Your main tasks

  • Provide on-site IT services and user support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment resources such as meeting rooms and audio-visual systems
  • Deliver local IT infrastructure support to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with Line of Business teams on IT-related topics and initiatives
  • Conduct user training sessions and support onboarding for new employees
  • Assist with IT project implementation as assigned by the IT Operations Manager or Lead
  • Utilize Agile methodologies, including Kanban, to manage tasks and participate in stand-up meetings
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant legal regulations
  • Provide front-line support through the tech support system and walk-in service desk

Your profile

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or similar service management qualifications
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools such as Service
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical kledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows 10/11, O365, hardware, infrastructure, and iOS devices
  • Experience in international work environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially working with Kanban systems
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and the local language
