Description
- Source and pre-select candidates for roles, focusing primarily on positions in the USA and Switzerland.
- Craft and publish engaging job advertisements tailored to attract the right audiences.
- Leverage the most effective recruitment channels, including , indeed, university job portals, and specialized job boards.
- Screen and evaluate incoming applications to develop a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment and identify the best-fit candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pool to support future recruitment needs.
- Analyze and enhance the company’s recruitment processes, proposing actionable improvements to boost both efficiency and employer attractiveness.
- Serve as the Super User for the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workable), providing expertise and ensuring optimal utilization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the MedTech sector.
- At least 3 years of proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably in sales functions.
- English (C2 minimum) and German (C1 minimum)
- Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process optimization.
- Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS platforms, as well as expertise in Recruiter, is highly desirable.
