Senior Client Relations & Admission Manager

The Kusnacht Practice has an opening for a Senior Client Relations & Admission Manager. In this role, you are responsible for all tasks related to customer acquisition. You deal with incoming enquiries from potential clients via phone, email or chat hereby identifying the needs of these clients. You plan the admission together with the teams involved as well as the discharge of clients. The right candidate is highly customer-focused and ensures that the highest standards of quality and excellence are met at all times. Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, and providing tailored follow-up to guide clients through our services
- Collaborate with the medical team to identify client needs and design personalized treatment programs, ensuring a seamless admission, treatment, and discharge experience
- Maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction by supporting residential clients with inquiries and managing all phases of the client journey with care and professionalism
- Represent the company at events and fairs, embodying our values and dedication to excellence, while cultivating meaningful relationships within the industry
- Prepare client offers, invoices, reports, and performance statistics, contributing to business insight and operational transparency
- Strengthen and expand our network of business partners, including referring doctors, clinics, and treatment centers, to foster long-term alliances that enhance client services
- Actively support marketing and brand initiatives, contributing to our growth and reputation as a leader in care and innovation
You are/have
- At least 3 years of client-facing experience in the healthcare sector, with expertise in adapting complex products and services for a high-value clientele
- Hold at least a BA in Business Administration, Management, or a comparable discipline.
- Experience in the luxury sector and/or with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)
- Proven experience in selling to an international clientele and convincing clients to make significant investments in their health and wellbeing
- Excellent oral and written English and Russian are a must; additional languages such as Arabic, French, German, or Spanish are a plus
- Caring personality with a strong commitment to supporting clients in making sustainable life changes, combined with disciplined work habits and absolute confidentiality
- Welcoming and attentive listener with confidence on the phone, skilled in guiding and influencing conversations, and a calm, articulate communicator; experience in NLP sales is a plus
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in daily lead follow-up, and skilled at finding, managing, and creatively converting leads into clients
- Motivated by individual achievement and contribution while maintaining a team mentality, with a strong focus on both company and client success.
