Group Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and deliver analytical insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Drive and own monthly closing and reporting processes for Capri Sun Group performance management
- Maintain, improve and develop existing financial reporting packages, prepare monthly presentation to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
- Support end-to-end annual planning with a full oversight of the overhead budget as well as preparation of reports for the management
- Support monthly rolling forecasting process, analyse actual results and summarize drivers vs. the plan, forecast and prior year Provide Finance Business Partnership for functional budget owners in preparation of overhead budgets
- Monitor the monthly accrual process together with Accounting and Business Controllers
- Become an expert in the reporting and planning systems (SAP/BW/SAC) and lead initiatives to enhance management reporting processes through the utilization of business intelligence tools
- Serve as the main point of contact between Business and IT, ensuring clear communication of business needs and translating them into IT requirements
- Develop financial models for ad-hoc analyses, and continuously improve reporting tools and processes to support decision-making
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, controlling and reporting (multinational FMCG is a plus)
- University degree in Business Management, Finance or Economics; CPA/equivalent or qualified by experience
- Proven working experience with Financial Planning and Forecasting processes within a Finance Business Partner role or similar
- Strong analytical skills, ability to deal with complexity and process exhaustive data from multiple sources, summarize and provide meaningful insights for Senior Management
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Power Point, SAP, SAC, BW) combined with ability to adapt various financial information systems
- Stress resilient, comfortable working in fast changing and challenging environment
- Excellent communication and soft skills, due to frequent interaction with management, other professionals, both finance and non-finance; good presentation skills and team player
- Self-starter and proactive
- Fluent in English, German language is a plus
